This beautifully illustrated cookbook includes a collection of recipes shared by ACS ChemClubs, and ranging from family favorites to international dishes to desserts.  Each recipe includes a short chemistry description, and some recipes include helpful tips.  The book also contains food-based activities that explain specific chemistry concepts.
